PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A woman has died following a crash involving a cement truck in Phoenix.
Phoenix police say a 30-year-old woman was driving westbound on Indian School Road when she collided with the cement truck, which was heading westbound and turning left onto 45th Avenue.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where she later died.
Indian School is closed between 43rd and 47th Avenues as police continue their investigation.
Investigators do not believe speed or impairment were factors in the crash. The driver of the cement truck stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
The victim was not wearing a seat belt.
