The coroner was called to the scene of a fatal ATV crash on Wednesday night.
Dispatch said the crash happened on Hatton Ford Road in Townville on Wednesday night. The coroner says the victim was transported to the hospital.
The coroner says the victim later died at the hospital.
The coroner later identified the victim as Shannon Spearman, 33. The man had a 4-year-old on the back of the ATV.
Spearman went over a small hill on Hatton Ford Road and the ATV flipped over, according to the coroner. Spearman's family found the two, but thankfully the child was not injured.
Spearman was not wearing a helmet, according to the coroner. He died from a fractured neck.
