A man is accused of killing two North Dakotans in a drunk driving crash in Rolette County.
The 47 year old from Dunseith faces a DUI causing death or injury.
More charges are pending.
A 43 year old man from Belcourt and 44 year old woman from Rolla died.
Three others were injured.
The crash happened on U-S Highway 281 near Dunseith around 4 Tuesday afternoon.
The victim's car slowed to turn when it was rear ended by a truck.
Both vehicles went into the ditch.
The victims killed in the crash had seat belts on.
The others did not.
