CHICAGO, IL — There was a fatal accident in the Gresham neighborhood between a tow truck and a minivan.
The tow truck was driving north on Loomis when it hit a minivan on 78th Street.
The tow truck veered into a building. Police say a 30-year-old woman was ejected from the truck and died at the scene.
Another person in the truck was injured.
The impact sent the minivan into a parked pickup truck.
Three people in the minivan were taken to local hospitals. There’s no word on their conditions.
