NETHER PROVIDENCE TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A deadly crash involving a motorcycle shut down part of the Blue Route (I-476) early Monday.
It happened at 2:45 a.m. Monday in the southbound lanes south of the Baltimore Pike exit in Nether Providence Township.
Pennsylvania State Police say a motorcyclist lost control and crashed. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
I-476 South was shut down between Baltimore Pike and McDade Boulevard for more than three hours.
There was no immediate word what led to the crash.
