An Atlantic Highlands fire department boatcrew and a New York fire department boatcrew assess a vessel that had taken on water off the coast of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, June 25, 2016. Earlier a Coast Guard station Sandy Hook boatcrew rescued three people who were aboard the distressed vessel and safely transported them to the Atlantic Highlands Marina.
