Man dies in forklift accident on Long Island The Associated Press

ROCKY POINT, N.Y. (AP) — Police on Long Island say a man was killed when the forklift he was operating overturned.
It happened in Rocky Point at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say Josue Rodriguez was operating the forklift at Swim King on Route 25A when the forklift fell onto its side, pinning him underneath.
Police say the 21-year-old man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified.
