SALEM, MASS.
One person is under arrest and facing arraignment this morning in Salem District Court for a collision late last night that killed a pedestrian.
Salem Police Officer Brian Butler said the victim is an adult male who was killed shortly before 10:30 p.m. at Bridge and Osgood streets.
The victim's name is being withheld by police pending notification of his family, Butler said.
No other details about the driver or the circumstances of the crash were immediately released.
