NEW YORK (WABC) --
Crews are on the scene of at least two manhole explosions in Hell's Kitchen.There are major traffic delays through the area.
One lane is closed on 9th Avenue between 46th Street and 44th Street, and traffic is backed up at least 14 blocks.
The force of one of the blasts shattered windows on a building five stories up, with glass falling to the street.
Con Edison is currently making repairs.
There are no reports of injuries.
