Enroute
from Colon to Pori the "El Condo Pas" was detained on Kiel Anchorage by
the Police due to several defiencies.
The ship had suffered engine
failure while transiting the Kiel Canal on July 30, 2015, at
Königsförde.
Tugs had to pull the disabled vessel to Kiel where it
became subject of a port state control during which 23 defiencies were
found.
Three of these had already been mentioned during a control in
Southampton in September 2014.
