Man ejected from ATV in Sarnia crash dies

An ATV driver who was critically injured in a south-end crash Wednesday has died in London hospital, Sarnia police say.
The 42-year-old man was ejected from his ATV when he was involved in a single-vehicle collision at the intersection of Vidal and Clifford streets Wednesday night.
He was first taken to local hospital before he was later transported to London.
Sarnia police are continuing their investigation into the collision.

Sarnia police now say a man found at the intersection of Vidal Street S. and Clifford Street with an ATV nearby was intentionally killed.
Police arrested a man Saturday around 8 a.m. in connection with the death of 42-year-old Raynold Fisher of Sarnia.
Police were called to the scene of a single-vehicle ATV crash at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. They said at the time that a man was ejected from the vehicle.
Fisher was airlifted to a London hospital and died 24 hours later.
Insp. Norm Hansen says the man in custody has not formally been charged but is facing a first-degree murder charge.
"We are investigating constantly with our traffic (division)," he said. "(Fisher) was found near an unmanned ATV. Information that came forward led us in a different path. We interviewed a number of people and that led to the arrest."
The man in custody is awaiting a bail hearing.
