Police: Construction Worker Killed by Drunk Driver

A construction worker is dead after being hit by a driver police say was drunk early Friday morning in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
Twenty-nine-year-old Domenic Cataldo of Windham, New Hampshire, was arraigned in Lowell for the crash that killed an employee of a construction company around 2:30 a.m. on Main Street.
The victim's identity has not been released to the public.
Cataldo faces charges of OUI in a crash resulting in serious injury, negligent operation and driving with a revoked license.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
