The U.S. Coast Guard is investigating a parasailing accident that killed a woman over the weekend near South Padre Island, Texas
Officials said the woman fell while parasailing Saturday.
The Coast Guard tells Action 4 News she fell into the water.
Authorities believe she was in her 40s.
The identity of the woman has not been released.
