One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash this morning in
Washington Township that involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck,
Westmoreland County emergency officials said.
The crash occurred at 6:55 a.m. on Greensburg Road west of Route 66. The county coroner was called to the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been released. It is unclear if that
person was a driver or passenger. Washington Township police could not
immediately be reached.
The road was closed as crash investigators
worked to reconstruct the collision.
