FRANKLIN COUNTY (KWWL) -
A Parkersburg man has died after a head on crash in Franklin County.
It happened on Highway 3 east of Interstate 35 around 12:40 p.m. on Friday.
The Iowa State Patrol said 24-year-old Jose Salinas of Hampton was traveling eastbound in a car on Highway 3 when he crossed the center line and hit a motorcycle head on.
The motorcyclist, 56-year-old Nicholas Hursh, died in the crash.
The crash is under investigation.
