Upon its first entry at Frederikshavn on July 24, 2015, as replacement ferry for the "Stena Jutlandica", the "Ask" allided with the harbour jetty and suffered some damage at the port side aft.
The ship had to remain in port until July 26 to repair the damage with some welding on the hull. Apparently the ferry had run a little faster into the harbour basin between the piers than was appropriate. Photos: s1195.photobucket...
