A worker at Allied Specialty Foods Inc. was severely injured in an industrial accident Wednesday afternoon.
The male staffer reportedly injured several fingers at the meat wholesaler plant, located on Hickory Place.
The city’s Emergency Medical Service and Inspira paramedics responded to the scene. The worker was flown out by the Cooper Two helicopter from a landing zone set up at Wallace Intermediate School, located just off Almond Road
