KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) —
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Kalamazoo Sunday morning and police are still looking for the other driver involved.
The crash happened just after 1 a.m. on North Park Street and Norway.
A lieutenant with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety told 24 Hour News 8 that a motorcycle and SUV slammed into each other at the intersection.
The motorcyclist died at the scene and the driver of the SUV fled the scene, leaving behind the vehicle.
Officers are now working to find and identify the driver of the SUV.
The victim’s name is not being released until family has been notified.
