Worker killed by forklift at Federal-Mogul Corporation plant in Athens, Georgia

ATHENS, Ala. (AP)
Police in Athens say
a worker has died after being run over by a forklift at Federal-Mogul
Corporation.
Multiple news
outlets report Athens Police Chief Johnson says that 25-year-old Allen Michael
Brown died Wednesday night.
Officials say Brown
was walking in front of the forklift possibly securing an empty barrel. Police
confirm the accident happened outside of the plant.
Police are
investigating what caused the forklift to run over Brown. No foul play is
suspected.
Federal-Mogul
Corporation is a global manufacturer and supplier of powertrain components and
vehicle safety products.
