Employees at Crump’s Towing in Boardman are mourning the
loss of a coworker Friday.
According to a police report, Alfred Bliss,
48, was under a pick-up truck trying to unlock the transmission when a
shift in weight caused the vehicle to fall on him.
The accident happened about 3 p.m. Thursday.
Coworkers witnessed the accident at the Boardman tow yard
and called 911.
Paramedics found Bliss unconscious at the scene and
transported him to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
