A woman was killed early Saturday Morning when she crashed
on the Birmingham Bridge.
Authorities say 23-year-old Markea Williams of the Hill
District crashed around 5:27 a.m.
She was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where she died.
It’s unclear what caused the crash.
The Birmingham Bridge was also closed for several hours
while they investigated and moved her car.
It has since been reopened.
