MORRISTOWN, VT.
Police say no one was injured when a plane crash-landed at
the Morrisville-Stowe Airport Thursday.
Morristown Police say the single-engine Piper Cub-style
aircraft overturned on the edge of the runway. The pilot, Leonard Wing, told
police a shift in the wind caused him to lose control as the plane touched
down.
Investigators say Wing, 68, is an experienced pilot who has
been flying for 50 years.
Vermont state aviation investigators and the NTSB will
investigate the crash
