NJDEP is now accepting public comments on the $225M Exxon Mobil Settlement

On April 6, 2015, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) released the proposed settlement with Exxon Mobil to resolve its natural resources damage liability for $225 million.  

The public now has an opportunity to submit their comments on the proposed settlement until June 5, 2015.  More detailed information can be found in the following links:
