APRIL 3, 2015

STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a triple fatality crash near Stillwater.  OHP tells Fox 25 three people have died and two others, including a child, remain hospitalized after that crash around 5:40pm Friday.

Troopers say the wreck happened near 68th and Brush Creek off of Highway 177, south of Stillwater in Payne County.  Justin Rollins, 22, of Tryon was driving a Chevy pickup southbound on Brush Creek Rd when troopers say he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a Dodge Ram traveling westbound on 68th street on the passenger side.

Joshua Rollins, 23, of Perkins, a passenger in the Chevy, died at the scene.  Justin Rollins was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Keith Gandy, 63, of Joplin MO., and Nicole Tabor, 29, of Stillwater, who were passengers in the Dodge Ram, were also pronounced dead.  Craig Tabor, of Stillwater, who was driving the Dodge Ram, was treated and released.  A five-year-old child, also a passenger in the Dodge, was taken to OU Presbyterian with unknown injuries.

Hopefully they will never release this criminal driver, Justin Rollins, in the streets again.

Warning: always watch for these criminal drivers.  Do not expect them to obey the traffic signs.  It may save your life someday.
