A Pauls Valley man is dead after troopers say he rear ended
a semi-truck on i-35 Saturday afternoon.
Troopers say 81-year-old Billy Bagwell was pinned for about an hour after he drove his F-150 pickup into a semi that was slowing down due to traffic congestion. It happened just before one Saturday afternoon.
The driver of the semi was not hurt and the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
