A Near miss in Zeebrugge. A self-erecting tower crane dropped its load of steel tubes into
passing traffic last week in the town of Zeebrugge, Belgium.
The tubes thankfully dropped between two cars, narrowly missing one as they landed in front and bounced on the street. While no one was hurt in this incident it does reflect the dangers or lifting over an open road.
