MCMINN COUNTY, TN (WRCB)
The Tennessee Highway Patrol along other emergency
crews responded to the scene of a fatal, fiery crash on Interstate 75 going Northbound
in McMinn County, Saturday morning.
Officials confirmed one woman died from her injuries
sustained in the crash. Authorities said her car was driving South in the
Northbound lanes when her car hit traffic head on and caught
fire. Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.
Authorities said the crash happened near mile marker
50. Both Northbound lanes were closed for about 2 hours as
first responders cleared the scene. Stay with Channel 3 news on

It appears to be another case of Friday night out drunk
who was driving the wrong-way. She caused such a tragedy.
