Ice and snow made for a rough day for drivers in Alabama on
Friday, February 20th.
The icy weather caused a truck to slide down Jones Valley
Drive in Huntsville. At least two neighbors captured the crash on video.
Several cars were damaged in the crash.
“Today was a horrible day for Jones Valley Drive,” Resident
Stewart Stokes told WHNT. “The hill that I grew up on sledding down is
definitely one that far too many people underestimate when it comes to ice and
snow. Several accidents, that would have made your heart stop if you had seen
them in person.”
“I loved the neighbor on the Gator 4 Wheeler who just came
out to help take people home, random act of kindness,” Stokes added.
No one was injured.
