Volkswagen recalls vehicles over fuel leak, fire risk
Updated: Wednesday, December 31, 2014(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - If you drive a Volkswagen, we have a recall to warn you about.
The company is recalling about 38,000 cars. Included are 2014 and 2015 Beetles, Jettas, Passats and the 2015 Golf and GTI.
A fuel leak in the engine may cause a fire.
No injuries have been reported.
Volkwagen will notify owners about getting cars repaired. The company says drivers who smell gas or see the electronic power control light come on should get the car to a dealership right away.
