A 62-year-old man has been indicted in connection with the deaths of two pedestrians at Broad and High streets Downtown.

Terrance Trent is charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault. The indictment says that Trent was speeding and driving his pickup truck erratically when he ran a red light at the intersection on Dec. 12.

The pickup struck a Groveport-Madison school bus, which in turn struck two pedestrians crossing the street.

Stephanie Fibelkorn, 21, died at the scene. William Lewis, 58, died on Dec. 29.

If convicted on all charges, Trent could be sentenced to 13 years in prison, Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said in a release this morning.
