Firefighters are battling a 4-alarm blaze in the bitter
cold in Lowell, Massachusetts.
The fire was reported shortly before 12:30 p.m.
Wednesday in an apartment building at 144 Stevens St.
Firefighters from Billerica and Chelmsford said they are
assisting Lowell.
