TRACTOR TRAILER HITS EMBANKMENT, DRIVER DIES IN I-75 IN MONROE
COUNTY, MICHIGAN
A Claxton man was killed in a one-vehicle accident on
Interstate 75 in Monroe County, Michigan Saturday afternoon.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office,
46-year-old Willie Youman was driving a tractor-trailer southbound on I-75 when
his truck left the road and hit an embankment around 12:30 pm.
Youman died at the scene.
The accident is stil under investigation, but
investigators say it may have been caused by a medical condition.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident and no
other injuries were reported.
