Fire damages Grundy Center manufacturing shop

GRUNDY CENTER (KWWL) - According to the Grundy Center
Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched to a fire at Heavy Equipment
Manufacturing, located at 601 E First St., around 9 a.m. Saturday.
When they arrived, flames could be seen and firefighters stayed on scene for roughly three hours.
The building has extensive damage. The State Fire Marshal's Office has been asked to assist in the investigation to determine how the fire started.
The fire department says no injuries were reported.
