Update-

A Federal Aviation Administration spokesperson has provided some additional details about the Wednesday plane crash in Lucas County.

Elizabeth Cory told KTVO that the National Transportation Safety Board is spearheading the investigation.

Cory did confirm that the plane was a General Aviation aircraft, and not an ultra light.

The plane was a privately owned PA-46, that is a smaller plane.
