Gyrocopter pilot killed after he crashed near the Saline County Regional Airport (KSUZ) in Benton, Arkansas





SEPTEMBER 3, 2016
BRYANT, Ark. - Bryant police confirm one person has died in a gyrocopter accident.
The small aircraft went down around 4:30 p.m. Saturday (9/3) near the Saline County Regional Airport.
The aircraft was identified as a single engine gyrocopter.
Bryant officers along with fire and rescue crews responded to the scene. 
The crash is being investigated and turned over to FAA.
The pilot's name has not been released at this time pending the notification of family members.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
