BLADENSBURG, MD — Firefighters are battling a three-alarm blaze at
the ABC Supply Co. roofing company in Bladensburg, according to Prince George's County Fire Department spokesman Mark Brady. Initially, the fire was two-alarm blaze, but was later upgraded.

The first call for the fire was made about 2 p.m., he said, from the ABC Supply Co. in the 3400 block of warehouse with flammable materials inside, 3400 block of Kenilworth Avenue in Bladensburg. Heavy fire was showing from the one-story commercial building when firefighters arrived. The warehouse stores many flammable materials inside.

The building involved is an open air loading dock with a roof. The fire did not reach the interior of the business, Brady says.
