At least one person was killed in a ferrocious, fiery T-bone collision between a truck and car in York County, PA





Fatal, fiery crash shuts down portion of Route 15

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. —At least one person was killed in a fiery crash in York County Friday morning.


The southbound lanes of Route 15 are shut down at Hickory Road in Franklin Township. Hickory Road is also shut down in the area.

PennDOT officials say the road will not be reopened until Friday afternoon.

The crash happened near mile marker 28.8 after a car pulled out in front of a truck, according to PennDOT spokesman Greg Penny. The truck pushed the car about 500 feet and it caught fire.







The coroner has not released the victim's name.



Accident reconstruction teams are also on the scene.
