Officials say two homes collapsed after a fire in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 4600 block of Germantown Avenue.

One of the homes was occupied and the other home was vacant.



It's not clear if anyone lives in the home that was vacant.

PGW and PECO arrived on the scene to cut off the power.

Licenses and Inspections will demolish the building sometime today.

The Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents. No injuries were reported.

No word on what caused the blaze.
