Man trimming tree in Commack cuts power line, is electrocuted

COMMACK, N.Y. -- Suffolk County authorities say a man has died after getting electrocuted.
Police say 39-year-old Oscar Diaz of Brentwood was trimming a tree at a home on Roberta Lane in Commack on Long Island around 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
Authorities say he accidentally cut a power line.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation is underway.
Diaz was employed by GA Island Landscaping Corps.
