GRANT COUNTY, Wis. (KWWL) -
A 57-year-old man has died after falling off a 24-foot ladder.
The Grant County Sheriff's Office says Robert Mathre, from Bloomington, Wisconsin, was working at a farm on Pine Road in Mt. Ida Township on Friday.
Investigators say the ladder was set up in a barn and they believe a cow hit the ladder, knocking Mathre off.
He was taken to the hospital and died on Monday.
