Snapped mooring line kills one and injures two crew of TTM Dragon in Kavkaz port, Russia

General cargo vessel Volgo-Balt 237 was mooring alongside a floating crane, which was moored to anchored bulk carrier TTM Dragon in Kavkaz port, Russia, Kerch Strait, late at night Aug 13. 


At 2330 Moscow time one of the mooring lines from floating crane to bulk carrier after a jolt snapped, hitting three crew members of TTM Dragon. 

One of the crew died on the spot, two were hospitalized.
