The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is sending a crew to investigate a collision between two fishing vessels on the Bay of Fundy near Digby, Nova Scotia.

The collision between the Sea Spirit III and Midnight Dreamer happened Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. in the Bay of Fundy about 14 nautical miles north of Digby, according to John Cottreau, a spokesperson with the Transportation Safety Board of Canada.

There's no word on any injuries, said Cottreau.

A crew from the board is on its way from Dartmouth to investigate.
