Crop duster plane crash near Crawfordsville, Indiana medivaced pilot to hospital



CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. (July 5. 2015)–

Montgomery County authorities say a crop duster struck some power lines near County Road 500 South and U. S. 231 Sunday evening.

Emergency crews were called to the scene near the Crawfordsville Municipal Airport around 6:30 p.m.

The injured pilot was taken by medical helicopter to an Indianapolis Hospital.

The Federal Aviation Association and National Transportation Safety Board were made aware of the crash.
