NTSB to Hold a Press Briefing on Collision Avoidance Systems to Prevent and Mitigate Rear-End Crashes





The National Transportation Safety Board will hold a press briefing to discuss the findings and recommendations of its Special Investigation Report on the Use of Forward Collision Avoidance Systems to Prevent and Mitigate Rear-End Crashes.  The report looks at previous NTSB recommendations pertaining to the reduction of rear-end crashes and examines  currently available technology to prevent and mitigate rear-end crashes.
