ORIGINAL: One person is dead after an accident on I-59 Northbound near the 4th Avenue exit Sunday evening.

Birmingham Police Officers at the scene tell WIAT42 News that 2 vehicles were involved in the accident, an SUV and a Ford F-150 with an attached animal trailer.  The animal trailer had six bulls inside. None of the bulls were physically hurt.

Two people were in the SUV that rolled over.  One of the occupants was detained at the scene, the other was transported to the hospital.  The driver of the F-150 died at the scene.
