TWO WOMEN KILLED IN WRONG-WAY CRASH IN CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA. CHARGES ARE PENDING AGAINST THE WRONG-WAY DRIVER AS AWAIT THE RESULTS OF A BLOOD TEST.

CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA

Authorities in Casselberry said two women were killed in a wrong-way crash on State Road 436 early Saturday morning.

The crash happened on S.R. 436 at Lake Howell Lane around 2:30 a.m., police said.

According to investigators, 64-year-old Terry Dinkins was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he crashed head-on into another vehicle.

Police said the driver and passenger in the vehicle were killed. The driver was identified as Brandi Cole, 39, and police said the passenger was 32-year-old Silvia Barajas.

Dinkins suffered a concussion and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, officials said.

Police said charges are pending against Dinkins as they await the results of a blood test.  He was most likely drunk or drugged
