SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - A 38-year-old Syracuse man is facing numerous felonies and misdemeanors after a crash near Destiny USA mall that killed a 19-year-old driver.
Police say Leonard Glowacki was drunk when his pickup truck T-boned a Toyota driven by 19-year-old Kane Buss of Oneida.

 The accident happened around 9:25 p.m. Sunday. Buss was making a left turn out of the mall when his vehicle was struck. The vehicles then hit a Kia Sedona.

Glowacki has been charged with first-degree vehicular manslaughter, first-degree vehicular assault, driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation as well as misdemeanor reckless operation and several traffic tickets. He was arraigned Monday and jailed without bail.

Buss was pronounced dead at Upstate University Hospital. His passenger, 18-year-old Amanda Pawlikowski of Vernon, is in serious condition there. A passenger in the Kia was treated and released.
