PETA provided this photo of an SUV that slammed into the organization's Echo Park office on Jan. 16, 2015. 

An SUV slammed into PETA’s Echo Park office Friday afternoon, crushing a couch where moments before campaigners were planning a Sea World protest, according to a tweet from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals‘ verified Twitter account.

The dark-colored Toyota appeared to be halfway inside the office, located at 2154 Sunset Blvd. (map), a photograph provided by PETA showed.

“PETA campaigners were planning #SeaWorld protest on THIS couch moments before,” PETA tweeted, along with the image pictured.

No one was injured as a result of the incident, which occurred around 10:30 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department tweeted.

PETA confirmed that all employees and dogs were OK.
