SEMI-TRUCK CRASH SPREADS DRY ICE, PALLETS ACROSS I-69 IN CHARLOTTE, MICHIGAN






CHARLOTTE, MICHIGAN – First responders spent hours Wednesday night cleaning-up pallets, dry ice and debris from two semi-trucks that collided on southbound Interstate 69 between Potterville and Charlotte, police said.

The cargo and debris scattered across the roadway following the 7:40 p.m. collision, closing southbound I-69 at Hartel Road for several hours, state Department of Transportation officials said.

Minor injuries were reported. Further information was not immediately available.

Responding to the scene were the Charlotte police and fire departments, Eaton County sheriff's deputies, Potterville police, Michigan State Police and MDOT crews.
