ONE DRIVER INJURED IN SEMI TRUCK AND CAR HEAD-ON COLLISION IN DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN.  THE INJURED CAR DRIVER WAS NOT WEARING A SEATBELT

TOWNSHIP OF HUSTISFORD, WI – One driver was injured in a semi-truck vs car crash Wednesday morning in Dodge County.




The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on Highway 60 west of County Highway E at 9:46 a.m.




Officials say 51-year-old Robert McLaughlin from West Bend was driving a semi-truck west on Highway 60, while 22-year-old Michael Scholze from Juneau was driving east on Highway 60 in a Toyota car.




The car crossed the center roadway line and collided with the semi-truck trailer.




McLaughlin was seat belted and uninjured, while Scholze was not wearing a seatbelt and was flown from the scene by Flight for Life. His condition is not known.




There were not passengers in either vehicle.
